Why do I want

Huge impact

Interior design is everywhere. We spend most of our lives in spaces that someone designed. Tools like Rayon change how those spaces get designed, and with time how our homes will look and feel.
Empowering creators

I love making things for other creators. I love design in all forms, and people who design spaces inspire me a lot. It would be great to build the tool they use every day.
Design culture

I looked at the website and the product, and I can feel the attention to detail and how much design is valued at Rayon. That's the kind of place I want to work at.

Business

I studied business management at university.
Early on I learned how product design, brand, customer satisfaction and business results connect, and I keep that in mind in every design decision.
Ownership

Right after university I founded a small design studio in Ukraine. I learned to own problems from start to finish, work through uncertainty, and communicate with the team and the clients.
Craft

I spent 4 years as a lead designer at Creative Mints. At the time it was the most followed design agency on Dribbble, where every designer hung out back then. Clients came from all over the world for that level of craft.

Systems thinking and AI

For the last 5 years I've been the first and only designer at Rellify, an AI agent platform. I built the design system, mapped complex user journeys, and learned to design around agents: showing people what the agent is doing, why, and what to do when it fails.
Design Engineering

Over the past few years my work moved from static screens and flows to working prototypes in code and features finished end to end. I do this in my day job and in side projects.
